These days, bookkeeping doesn’t need to be hard, time-consuming or costly. With good systems in place, the whole process can be quite painless and relatively automated, thus giving business owners more time to drive their business and less time dealing with paperwork.
How it Works
Sign up to one of our plans, we’ll setup all the software you need, create a schedule and then call you to step through everything.
From there on, it is a simple three step process.
Step 1
Save all your receipts, invoices and quotes, and any other paperwork related to your business. On a regular basis, just pop this into one of the provided envelopes*, along with a copy of your bank statement and pop it in the mail.
Step 2
We take over from there. One we receive a copy of your paperwork, we perform the bookkeeping in the background without you even knowing.
Step 3
We’ll contact you if there are any issues that need to be resolved but otherwise the next you’ll hear from us is when you are ready to receive your regular report.
From there, it’s just a case of getting into a regular routine. We tend to find it can take 2-3 months for clients to get into the swing of things. Bookkeeping is quite repetitive until it comes to either BAS or Tax time.
